What Ugly Duck is

Ugly Duck is a home-buying and lead-generation service operating in the Birmingham, Alabama metro, the Charleston, West Virginia area and South Central Pennsylvania. We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, lender, attorney or housing counselor, and we don't represent buyers or sellers. Submitting a form does not create an agency relationship.

No guarantee of an offer

We don't buy every house. Submitting your property doesn't guarantee that we or anyone in our network will make an offer. Any offer is made solely by the buyer, in writing, and its price, terms and closing date are set by that buyer. We never promise a price or a closing date.

Independent buyers

Buyers in our network are independent businesses. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their offers, statements or conduct. Review any contract carefully and consider having an attorney or title company review it before you sign.
